Wild Arrow Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to our posters being made to order Wild Arrow does not offer refunds or exchanges.
We are unwilling to sell or send anything in less than perfect condition, if your poster is faulty we will replace it pending the following;
Proof of damages sustained to the internal/external packaging and poster is required to be emailed to email@example.com with photographs within 48hours of the item being received. After this time has lapsed, Wild Arrow does not take responsibility for the posters condition.
Please ensure you open your package as soon as it is received to check the condition of the design and packaging.
Wild Arrow does not take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or recipient’s property/mailbox.
Wild Arrow is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods.
